School Fee Collection and Online Payments for South African Schools

MyEncore handles the full school fee lifecycle — invoicing, parent statements, online payments via Netcash, fee arrangement plans with optional debit-order automation, and age analysis for the bursar. Schools keep 100% of fees collected; we don't take a cut of any payment.

How MyEncore's fee model is different

Fee arrangement plans (parent-initiated, bursar-approved)

One of the biggest pain points in SA schools is fee disputes. A parent can't pay R8,000 in one shot but can manage R1,000 per month. With MyEncore the parent requests an arrangement directly from the app. The bursar sees it, approves it, and the system tracks the schedule + automatically chases the parent at each milestone. No more 6-month-old verbal agreements that no one remembers.
