Simple, Per-Seat Pricing
R50 per learner per year — billed monthly in arrears as R4.17 per active seat, R250 per month minimum, no VAT. Your setup month is free.
An active seat is a learner with a live route/seat assignment during the month, or any boarding scan that month — whichever applies.
You bill your parents. We never touch their money.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do my parents need my school to be on MyEncore?
No. Parents see your route on the same MyEncore app whether or not the school their child attends uses MyEncore for anything else.
Who owns the data / POPIA?
You're the responsible party for your parents' and learners' data; MyEncore processes it on your behalf under a signed operator agreement and POPIA processing addendum.
Phone GPS or a tracker?
Today, tracking runs off the driver's phone GPS — no hardware to fit. A dedicated tracker feed can be added on request.
Can parents pay me through the app?
Not in this package — you keep collecting from your parents the way you do today. MyEncore never touches that money.
What about ad-hoc trips?
This package covers fixed routes and monthly seats. Ad-hoc, once-off trips are on the roadmap.
