International (Outside South Africa)
International schools are served from the same platform as South African schools. Pricing is quoted in South African Rand and depends on learner numbers and region — contact us for a quote. The published USD rate was withdrawn on 5 July 2026 along with the regional landing pages.
Colleges & QCTO-Accredited Training Providers
Different operating model, different pricing. Colleges, TVET / FET institutions, and QCTO-accredited training providers get a scoped proposal — not the flat per-learner K-12 rate above.
Custom quote — scoped to your accreditation, learner count, and LMS choice. Pilot pricing available for new institutions so you can prove the value before committing.
Includes everything in the K-12 platform, plus:
- QCTO submission deadline tracker + accreditation document storage

Scholar Transport Operators
Running your own scholar-transport business? Different billing unit from schools above — you pay per active seat, not per learner on a school roll.
R50 per learner per year — billed monthly as R4.17 per active seat, R250 per month minimum.
An active seat is a learner with a live route/seat assignment during the month, or any boarding scan that month.

Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. We provide free setup and migration assistance for all schools.
Can I change billing periods?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there student limits?
No student limits. Our pricing scales with your school size — you pay per learner regardless of how many students you have.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for school districts and educational groups. Contact our sales team for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and can arrange invoicing for larger institutions.
Why is college / training provider pricing different from K-12?
Colleges, TVET / FET institutions, and QCTO-accredited training providers run a different operating model: adult learners, formal accreditation, blended online + face-to-face delivery, lead funnels, and bursary-funded learners. That's a different scope, so it's a custom quote rather than a flat per-learner rate. See the Colleges & Training Providers offering.
Is there a pilot option for colleges?
Yes. We offer a 90-day pilot for new training providers and colleges so you can prove the value before committing to a full implementation. Contact us for the pilot scope and pricing.
Why is transport-operator pricing per seat, not per learner on a roll?
